Arsenal Grupp produces Ardo-M modifier is applied as a surface active material in production of filled PVC blends.

Recommendations:
This product is appliied during preparation of suspension for pigments and fillers in DOF plasticizer, in particular it is used for increase of filling and attachment of fluidity to chalk suspension and titanium dioxide in plasticizer in the production process of table rubber sheet, footware plasticized rubber, PVC hoses, PVC pipes. Application of magnesium octoate in production of such type of products allows reducing PVC content in the formula due to application of cheaper fillers.

Recommendations:
These products are utilized in production of polyvinylchloride mixture with stabilizers, pigments and fillers, it is also applied for attachment of fluidity to PVC blends containing additional amount of chalk. The product is used in production of wall panels, window-sill, footware plasticized rubber, hoses, pipes. Application of Ardo-M product in production of such type of articles allows reducing PVC content in the formula due to application of cheaper fillers.
We recommend to apply modifier in the amount of 0,1-0,15 kg per each additional 1,0 kg of chalk. Additional amount of chalk may be charged initially along with the rest of formula components. The modifier should be fed evenly in course of 30-40 seconds into the blending device at the temperature of mass within 60-650°Ņ. Mass blending time after feeding the modifier (until the completion of blend preparation process) makes at least 3 minutes.
